- Star Klean contracted to clean the clubhouse twice per month - Completed
- Deep clean of courts 1 and 2 - Completed
- Clean and re-paint of courts 3 - 5 - In progress, target end of April
- Improvements to interior and exterior lighting of clubhouse - Completed
- Stop netting repairs - In progress
